Items must meet store requirements for sale. You must have 10 acceptable seasonal items to open an account.
Items must be clean; odor free and brought in on hangers. Items with broken zippers, missing labels or buttons, out of style/date clothing or odor will be donated without notice.
All pricing is done by Hertha’s Second Edition according to brand, style, condition and volume. Markdowns are at Hertha’s Second Edition’s discretion.
Consignor receives 50% of the selling price minus .99 cent item free paid by the buyer for each item sold. You may shop on your account anytime, or you can request 1 check per calendar month for sold items. Monies unclaimed after 1 year of date consignment are forfeited.
The consignment contract is for sixty (60) days, items are not available for pick up except for specialty items. Items unsold after sixty (60) days become property of Hertha’s Second Edition are donated to local charities. Tax receipts for donated items are available upon request.
Hertha’s Second Edition can not be responsible for fire, theft, or flood.
All items are sold as described online and as is in the store NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
- Item must be priced $99.99 or more
- Initial payment must be 20% balance due within 60 days
- No refunds, exchanges, or transferring monies to other items
- Any monies earned from items you have consigned go to balance owed
- Failure to redeem item within 60 days forfeit any monies paid.
